Book directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. You will be required to pay $100 to hold the room. Your request will show as "PENDING" review by one of our office staff (because we are in transition to a full online system) and will show as "ACCEPTED" within 48 hours.
What are the benefits of booking a Condo?
Location, Location, Location. Home base at the summit. Helpful staff and a warm welcome from local experts. Did we mention our hot pool?
What do I do when I need to cancel?
There is a 24 hour grace period. Generally, your reservation is non-refundable. Please email [email protected] if you must cancel.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Because we do our best to offer consistent service to all our guests, we do not offer extended hours for purchase at this time.
How far are the Ski Lifts?
The White Pass ski area is just across the Hwy from the Village Inn. We are not directly affiliated with the ski resort. Guests walk out of their condo and around to the front, cross the road and are at the slopes ready for a day of skiing. Not quite ski-in-ski-out, but pretty close to it!
How far is the Nordic Center?
The White Pass Nordic Center is what you see when you drive to the main parking lot just before turning into the Village Inn. You can see the Nordic groomer tracks from many units, as they are adjacent to our parking lot.
Do you have any specials on lift tickets?
We are not affiliated with White Pass Ski Resort. Check our specials for any current offers, or their page to purchase lift tickets.
Do any of the units have hot tubs?
Our main feature is our heated pool, located behind the office between us and the ski slope. None of the individual units have their own hot tub, so come to our "hot pool" and bring your plastic cups! No smoking in the pool area, thank you.
Can I bring my pet with me?
NO. Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the Village Inn premises.
What is the WIFI Password?
We do not have the bandwidth to provide internet services.
AT&T and US Cellular get great LTE service here.
Verizon gets good service at High Camp and down in Packwood.
I'm a PCT Hiker, what happens if I don't arrive as scheduled?
Thanks to our new online system you can check availability from your phone! Call our office a few days ahead of time (you should have service around Mt. Adams) at 509.672.3131. If you arrive after check-in hours, that's OKAY this year. Elise "Zippee" (PCT '16) is new to our staff and will be here this summer with the goal of getting you to zero at the Village Inn.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an reservation. We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Is there a store or restaurant nearby?
Most guests bring food to cook, and ground coffee/other beverages. The Village Inn provides well stocked kitchenettes with pots/pans, silverware, dishes, the appliances, coffee filters, sponge and soaps.
If you are not interested in preparing your own meals and don't mind a short and scenic drive, Packwood has the closest restaurant options year-round. The Kracker Barrel (509.672.3105 for the c-store) is next door and is a good source for canned, dried, deli and freezer case items. Selection varies but you'll often be able to find something suitable.When the ski slopes are open there are many options at the Day Lodge.
Is there anything else you suggest that I bring?
A Bathrobe and "grippy, easy on/off shoes" to get to and from the pool! Shampoo, Conditioner and these items.
Will a crib/mattress/cot fit at the foot of the bed?
No. Our floor plans are already maximized for occupancy and we ask that you respect our policy. An exception would a small portable crib for an infant if you don’t plan to pull out a sofa sleeper.
Are any of the units for sale?
Occasionally units come up for sale. Because our staff are not real estate agents, we cannot be of much help in this area.
