Policies to Know Before Booking

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION POLICY:

• No refunds are issued within 30 days of arrival for any reason, including personal conflicts, illness or injury, unfavorable weather conditions, travel issues, or ski area closures or limitations.
• A $100 deposit is non-refundable from 24 hours after booking up to 30 days before arrival.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, please email the office as soon as possible at reservations@staywhitepass.com.
• We recommend safeguarding your reservation with travel insurance, such as Generali or another trusted agency.

Check-In: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please call ahead so we can make arrangements.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM 

We ask that guests take out their garbage and wash any dishes before departure.

POOL. Please follow all posted pool rules, including:

• Please bring your own POOL TOWEL & wear easy on/off shoes for the walk to the pool.
• Pool access is restricted to registered guests staying in the unit you have reserved. Violations may incur a $250 fee.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by a supervising adult in your party at all times.
• No glass in the pool area
• No beer boxes, coolers, or smoking
• No diving
• The pool is heated to 100°F when the lifts are running and 85°F in the summer.
• The pool is open and heated at management’s discretion from May through November.

PET POLICY:
Rental guests are NOT allowed to bring pets onto Village Inn premises. This includes units, parking lots, balconies, decks, pathways, hallways, and office entry areas. Violations of this policy may result in a $250 fee and/or eviction from the premises. We are happy to refer guests to nearby pet-friendly lodging and dog boarding options. Some unit owners do have pets, so if you have serious pet allergies, please email us and we will do our best to match you with a pet-free unit.

SMOKING POLICY:
The Village Inn is a NON-SMOKING facility. Violations of this policy may result in a $250 fee and/or eviction from the premises.
If you must smoke, please do so at least 50 feet away from any structure. Dispose of cigarette butts properly in the garbage bins provided near all buildings.
No marijuana use is allowed on the premises, as we are on U.S. Forest Service property and federal law prohibits marijuana, even though Washington state law allows it.

SNOW FUN & WINTER SAFETY:

Please be aware of winter conditions and hazards caused by snow and cold weather.

• Watch for ice, especially on stairs and in the parking lot. While the Village Inn takes measures to reduce hazards, slippery conditions are part of mountain life.
• Do not walk under the “drip line.” Icicles can fall, and ice buildup is unavoidable in certain conditions.
• Children should not play in the parking area, and guests should avoid plowed snow. The designated Snow Play Area is on our front lawn and will be pointed out at check-in.
• No tunneling off pathways. This is a dangerous activity and not permitted.

FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT:
The Village Inn is a place where families come to enjoy the great outdoors. Please respect your fellow guests by adhering to our quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. During the winter season, you may hear snow equipment operating at all hours.
The walls are thin and the rooms are small and efficient. Please adjust your expectations and treat privately owned rooms and amenities with respect.
Families may prefer to book two condo units across the hall from one another for added comfort.

INTERNET & CELL SERVICE:
Unplug and unwind. The Village Inn intentionally does NOT offer Wi-Fi, giving you the perfect opportunity to disconnect from screens & enjoy the peace, quiet, and natural beauty of the outdoors.
Cell service varies depending on weather conditions and network usage. Providers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, and Verizon generally work to varying degrees throughout the property.
