Your request will first appear as “PENDING” while it is under review by our office staff. Once approved, the status will update to “ACCEPTED” within 48 hours.

What are the benefits of booking a Condo?

All bookings are final. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations for any reason, including, without limitation, personal scheduling conflicts, illness or injury, unfavorable snow conditions
adverse or inclement weather conditions, travel concerns, closure or limitation of ski area operations or services. The customer acknowledges and agrees that weather conditions and ski resort operations are beyond our control.
If we are unable to honor your reservation due to local, state, or federal jurisdictional mandates, we will provide a full refund.
We recommend safeguarding your purchase with travel insurance, such as Generali or another agency, to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Can I check in early or check out late?
To ensure consistent service for all our guests, we do not offer extended hours for purchase at this time.

How far are the Ski Lifts?
The White Pass Ski Area is just across the highway from the Village Inn. While we are not directly affiliated with the ski resort, guests can easily walk out of their condo, around to the front, and cross the road to reach the slopes, ready for a day of skiing. Not quite ski-in/ski-out, but very close!

How far is the Nordic Center?
The White Pass Nordic Center is visible as you drive to the main parking lot, just before turning into the Village Inn. Many units overlook the Nordic groomer tracks, which are located right next to our parking lot.

Do you have any specials on lift tickets?
Please check our Specials page for any current offers. Note that advance lift ticket purchases are now required at White Pass Ski Area.

Do any of the units have hot tubs?
Our main feature is the outdoor heated pool, located behind the office between the Village Inn and the ski slope. While individual units do not have private hot tubs, guests are welcome to enjoy our winter “hot pool” or summer “cool pool." Don’t forget your plastic cups!
Please note that smoking is NOT permitted in the pool area.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Please note: Rental guests are NOT allowed to bring pets onto the Village Inn premises.

What is the WIFI Password?
Please note that there is NO Wi-Fi on site due to limited bandwidth at our remote location.
Cellular service varies by provider and conditions: T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, and Verizon all work to varying degrees depending on weather and the number of users on any given day.

I'm a PCT Hiker, what happens if I don't arrive as scheduled?
Please call or email in advance if you expect a late arrival to pre-arrange entry to your unit. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability.

Is there a store or restaurant nearby?

Most guests bring their own food to cook, along with ground coffee or other beverages. Each Village Inn unit features a well-stocked kitchenette, including pots and pans, silverware, dishes, appliances, coffee filters, a sponge, and soap.

If you prefer not to bring your own meals and don’t mind a short scenic drive, Packwood offers the nearest grocery store and year-round restaurant options.
For last-minute needs, canned, dried, deli, and freezer items, the Kracker Barrel (509-672-3105) is right next door.
When the ski slopes are open, you’ll find plenty of dining options at the Day Lodge, High Camp Lodge, and Nordic Yurt. Another local favorite is Old #3 Pizza, located along Highway 12 at the base of the ski area.

Is there anything else you suggest that I bring?
Don’t forget to bring a POOL TOWEL and grippy, easy on/off shoes for trips to and from the pool! Also pack shampoo, conditioner, and any other personal care items you may need.

Will a crib/mattress/cot fit at the foot of the bed?
Our floor plans are already optimized for maximum occupancy, and we ask that guests respect this policy.
An exception may be made for a small portable crib for an infant, provided you do not plan to use a sofa sleeper.

Are any of the units for sale?
Occasionally, units may become available for sale. Please note that our staff are not real estate agents and are unable to provide assistance in this area.
