Terms and Conditions
Reservation Payment & Cancellation Policy- A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival and processed automatically to the payment card on file.
- Reservations cannot be moved or changed within 30 days of the arrival date.
- Refunds will be honored if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit.
- For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Full refunds may be allowed if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- All cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected].
- Include your transaction number and full name in the email.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled by phone. Please do not call.
- No refunds are issued for reservations made within 30 days of arrival, regardless of personal schedule conflicts, illness, injury, adverse weather or travel conditions, ski area closures, or poor snow conditions.
- If local, state, or federal mandates prevent us from honoring your reservation, we will provide a refund.
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance to arrange late check-in.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Pool Hours & Safety
- Please bring your pool towels and reuse them to stay eco-friendly.
- Pool hours are seasonal and may change without notice. During some months, the pool may be closed.
- Please check here or contact us to verify the pool water temperature and open hours during your scheduled stay.
- Help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment by exiting the pool area promptly before closing time.
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area at all times.
Smoking Policy
The Village Inn is a non-smoking facility. This includes all unit interiors and all exterior areas, such as balconies, decks, hallways, pool, BBQ, and office entry areas.
- If you choose to smoke, please do so at least 50 feet away from any building.
- Dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided garbage cans. Do not litter the grounds.
- Violations of this policy may result in a $250 Smoking Policy Fee and immediate eviction from the premises.
Fireplace Policy
If your rental unit includes a fireplace, only manufactured fire logs (e.g., Presto, Duraflame, etc.) may be burned. Burning natural or split wood is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction due to increased fire danger.
- One complimentary log is provided per stay.
- Additional logs may be purchased at the front desk for your convenience.
Rentals Policy
Rentals are available only to adults (18 and older) and require a valid photo ID and payment card on file at check-in. Any damages, cleaning fees, or replacement costs for missing or removed items will be charged to the card on deposit.
Management reserves the right to enter any unit at any time as necessary to address maintenance, repairs, security concerns, or policy compliance issues.
In the event of unscheduled maintenance or repair needs, we also reserve the right to relocate a reservation to a comparable alternate unit to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Occupancy Policy
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The maximum occupancy for each unit includes infants and children and may not be exceeded at any time.
No Pets Policy
No Pets Allowed. Please do not bring pets of any kind to the White Pass Village Inn. This policy applies to all areas of the property, including rental units, parking lot and grounds, pool area, balconies, decks, pathways, hallways, and office entry areas.
If you will be traveling with a pet, please do not book your stay at the Village Inn.
Violations of this policy will result in a $250 Pet Policy Fee and immediate eviction from the unit and premises.
Housekeeping & Unit Care
Each unit at the Village Inn is privately owned, and all furnishings and contents belong to the individual owner. Please do not remove items from the condo or leave them in another unit.
We are not a hotel or motel and do not provide daily housekeeping or linen service during your stay.
Before check-out, guests are required to:
- Remove all garbage from the unit
- Wash and dry all dishes
A $25 fee will be charged for dirty dishes or garbage left in the condo. Please help us maintain the comfort and quality of each privately owned unit by leaving it as you found it.
Lost Keys
A $25 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. Please ensure keys are returned to the front desk or key drop box at check-out.
