Without a doubt, trout fishing is one of Washington's premier recreational opportunities. The freshwater fishing at nearby alpine lakes is both spectacular and rewarding. Leech Lake, just a short walk from your condo, is a non-motorized, fly-fishing-only lake stocked with trout. Hike north along the neighboring trail network to reach other stocked backcountry lakes. Pull on your boots, grab your fishing rod, and enjoy a full day in the fresh mountain air.

Rimrock Lake, Clear Lake, and Riffe Lake are just a short drive away and offer multiple boat launch options. Enjoy kayaking, waterskiing, or boating for a full day of fun on the water. 

Our lakes are ideal for a calm paddleboard and yoga session from June through September. 

For a unique amd thrilling experience, head to the Tieton River for September white-water rafting. When the Rimrock Lake dam opens, there's a short 2-3 week window of rushing water, attracting rafters to the river valley. Often called the last white-water run of the summer, this is the perfect option for those seeking an adrenaline rush during the final days of an Indian summer.

For a short jaunt, explore the outflow of the streams around the lake as they converge into Clear Creek Falls.
